Return and Exchange Policy

At Pleasure Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

1. How to Request a Return or Exchange:

   • To initiate a return or exchange, fill out the return/exchange form on our website or email to pleasureaura.khi@gmail.com or contact us directly via our WhatsApp number: 0302-0022919.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

   • Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all packaging intact.
   • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged by the customer.
   • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 1 week of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Cosmetic products, skincare items, and medicated products are not refundable or exchangeable due to health and hygiene regulations.

4. Processing Your Return/Exchange:

   • Once we receive your returned item (excluding non-refundable items), we will process your request and issue a replacement or refund (as applicable) after verifying the condition of the product.
